Paid plans are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout. You may cancel a recurring subscription from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable after a billing period starts or a one-time purchase is completed. If a paid feature is materially unavailable and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, contact support@painsh.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request and any refund available under applicable law. Free plans do not create a refund entitlement because no payment is collected.
Research Sources and AI Analysis
Painsh analyzes publicly available community discussions and may use automated classification and summaries. Scores and patterns are research aids, not guarantees. You are responsible for validating source context, respecting each source's terms, and complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Intellectual Property
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain rights to research notes and queries you submit. You authorize Painsh to process them to provide search, clustering, monitoring, and export features.
Prohibited Activities

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
