Rules for safe and lawful use of Painsh problem research
Prohibited content
You must not use Painsh to create, upload, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, deceptive impersonation, harmful deepfakes, or content that infringes another person's rights. Threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, instructions for violence or wrongdoing, fraud, malware, and attempts to evade safety systems are also prohibited.
Source and personal data
Do not use Painsh to target, harass, profile, or deanonymize individuals. Do not upload private personal data or attempt to bypass source access controls. Use public discussions only for lawful research and follow the terms of the source community.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected violations through contact us with the relevant account, query, or source URL. We may remove content, limit access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and contact authorities where required. We aim to review reports within 7 days.
Appeals
If content or an account is restricted in error, contact us with the decision and supporting context. We aim to review an appeal within 14 days.
